11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA was the first state law requiring commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. It reaches anyone in the US (and possibly worldwide) operating websites that collect personal information from California residents. You can visit our site anonymously. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word Privacy and is easy to find on the home page. We'll notify you of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy page. You can change your personal information by emailing info@playcorner.space. We honor Do Not Track signals and don't track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is active. Do Not Track is a preference you set in your web browser to tell websites you don't want to be tracked. Enable or disable it through your browser's Preferences or Settings page.

12. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

As a California resident, you can learn what data we collect, ask us to delete it, and request we don't sell or share it. You can ask what personal information we have about you. We'll tell you the categories of personal information we've collected, where it came from, why we collected it, which third parties we share it with, the specific pieces we collected about you, any categories we've sold and to whom, and categories we've disclosed for business purposes and to whom. You can make this request up to twice in a rolling twelve-month period, and the information covers the last twelve months only. You can request deletion of your personal information. We'll delete what we hold as of your request date and tell our service providers to do the same. Deletion might involve de-identification. Deleting your information could prevent you from using certain functions that need it. You can ask us to stop selling your personal information. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties for any purpose. We don't sell it for money. However, transferring information to a third party or within our company without payment might count as a sale under California law. You own your personal data and can request disclosure or deletion anytime. We'll stop any transfers if you ask. Deleting or stopping sales of your data may affect your experience and prevent you from joining certain programs that need your information. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Email info@playcorner.space to exercise these rights. These protections come from the CCPA. Visit the California Legislative Information website to learn more. The CCPA took effect on 01/01/2020.

13. Service Providers

We use third party companies and individuals to help run the service, provide it on our behalf, handle service-related tasks, or help us figure out how it's being used. They can access your personal data only to do these jobs and must not disclose or use it for anything else.

14. Analytics

Third-party service providers help us track and analyze how the service is used.

15. CI/CD tools

We use third-party providers to automate the development process.

16. Behavioural Re-marketing

We use re-marketing services to show you ads on other websites after you've visited ours. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to decide which ads to show based on your past visits.

17. Links to Other Sites

Our service has links to sites we don't run. Clicking a third party link takes you to their site. Review their privacy policy. We don't control or take responsibility for what's on those sites or their privacy practices.

18. Children's Privacy

The service isn't for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. Contact us if you find out a child has given us personal data. If we discover we've collected it without parental consent, we remove it from our servers.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We update this policy from time to time. We'll post changes here and notify you by email or a notice on the service before they take effect. The effective date at the top of the policy updates too. Check back periodically for changes. They're effective when posted.
