Use of Service
We're giving you permission to use our courts and booking system for personal stuff only, not for business. When you use the Service, you're agreeing to stick to what we're about to lay out.
Lawful Use
Keep everything legal. Don't do anything illegal, fraudulent, or sketchy while you're using the Service, and make sure you're following all applicable laws and rules.
Account Responsibility
If you set up an account with us, you're the one responsible for keeping your login info safe. Any activity on your account is on you. If something weird happens or someone's using your account without permission, let us know right away.
User Conduct
Be respectful out there. Don't harass other players, don't pretend to be someone you're not, and don't mess with our systems or courts. Keep it chill.
User Content
Whatever you post or share has to follow our guidelines and can't step on anyone else's rights. When you submit something, you're basically letting us use it however we need to—we can publish it, modify it, translate it, or distribute it.
Prohibited Use
Don't try to take apart, reverse-engineer, or hack into the Service. Don't try to break into our systems or networks either.
Intellectual Property
Everything on the Service—the text, images, logos, software, all of it—belongs to us or our partners. It's all protected by copyright and other laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We're giving you the Service as-is. We can't promise it'll never go down, never have bugs, or always be totally secure.
Limitation of Liability
We're not responsible for any indirect damages or anything like that if something goes wrong with the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the United States of America.
Changes to Terms
We might update these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll give you at least a month to adjust before it kicks in.
